Professor Tzi Chiang Lin

Professor Tzi Chiang Lin was born in 1950, Saigon, immigrated to Australia in 1978 as refugees from South Vietnam. He is National President of Federation of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture Societies of Australia; Vice Chair of World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies; was Advisor in Chinese Medicine to Minister for Health and Human Services of Victoria, Australia.

Besides Chinese Medicine Professor Lin loves Chinese water colour painting and Martial Arts. He learned Chinese Medicine firstly from his grandfather, a very famous Chinese Medicine doctor also Martial arts from Grand Master Chow Chuk Kai; and painting from Professor Cheng Dat Van , stone craft from his father in law, Mr. Tieu Thuong.

He engaged himself for the Chinese Medicine legislation and Higher education in Australia for more than 30 years. Finally, in year 2000 he successfully makes the Victorian government pass the Chinese Medicine Bill became Chinese Medicine Act. After 12 year later became National Legislative Registration of Chinese Medicine in Australia, which makes Australia upfront the Western World in Chinese Medicine in the world.

He also known as Father of Chinese Medicine legislation by the media and Also claimed by Hon Ken Smith, the Parliament House Speaker.
